How ColiGo credits actually work
Posting a request or accepting an offer stays free every month, within a generous limit. Beyond that, a simple credit system — or, if you prefer, an unlimited subscription — takes over.
Every month, at no cost
A free quota that renews every month
Whether you're a traveler or a sender, your free quota resets at the start of every period — nothing to request.
3 free offers per month
Every traveler can offer to carry a package up to 3 times a month without spending a credit. Posting a trip itself stays free and unlimited either way.
4 free contacts per month
Every sender can accept an offer — meaning, contact a traveler — up to 4 times a month without spending a credit. Posting a request itself also stays free and unlimited.
Beyond the quota
What a credit actually buys
Once the monthly quota is used up, every extra action has a simple cost, always in credits — never a percentage of the amount agreed with the other user.
- One extra offer or contact1 credit per offer sent or contact accepted beyond the free monthly quota.
- Boosting a listing4 credits to push a request or a trip to the top of search results for 7 days. Purely about visibility: nobody is obligated to accept a boosted listing.
- Welcome bonus5 credits granted automatically at sign-up, to try a paid action without having to buy anything first.
- Referral program10 credits for you once the person you invite signs up with your code, and 5 credits for them at sign-up — on top of their own welcome bonus.
The transport price itself
Credits aren't the price you negotiate with the traveler
Credits only pay for using the ColiGo platform. The price of the transport itself — what you pay the traveler — is negotiated freely between you, usually per kilo. Here is an example calculation, for illustration only.

Two ways to go beyond the quota
Buy credits as you go, or remove the monthly limit entirely with a subscription — whichever matches how often you ship.
Credit packs
Three pack sizes are offered directly in the app — the exact price, in Canadian dollars, shows at the moment of purchase on the App Store or Google Play.
Unlimited subscription
Monthly, annual or lifetime: a subscription removes the free limit entirely while it's active, without ever going through credits. Each plan's price is announced in the app.
What credits never change
Credits only pay for using the platform — never a commission on the transport itself. The amount agreed with the traveler or the sender stays between you, in full, no matter your credit balance or subscription.
