International shipping
Your package finds its trip.
ColiGo connects people sending a package with travelers heading to the same destination — simpler, and often cheaper, than a traditional carrier.
Enter the tracking code shown in the app (format CG-XXXXXX). Public online tracking is coming soon — for now, track your packages directly in the app, in the Shipments tab.

How it works
Two ways to be part of ColiGo
Whether you have a package to send or free space to share in your luggage, it all happens in the app.
-
Post or find a trip
A sender describes their package, a traveler posts their trip — ColiGo connects them.
-
Agree with confidence
Chat in the built-in messaging, check reviews and verified profiles, then agree on the amount.
-
Handoff by secure code
One code confirms pickup, a second confirms the final handoff to the recipient.
Trust & Safety
ColiGo connects you, with confidence
Profiles, reviews and verification to build a trusted community.
Verified identity before anything else
You cannot post a request, a trip, or contact another user without a complete profile and a verified identity. That's a requirement, not an option.
Two separate handoff codes
A code is generated when an offer is accepted and entered by the traveler when picking up the package. A second, different code is entered at the final handoff to the recipient. Each step is confirmed separately.
Reviews after every shipment
Senders and travelers rate each other once a shipment is complete. These reviews stay visible on profiles so you can choose with full knowledge before accepting an offer.
Prohibited items filtered by route
The list of prohibited or regulated items depends on the origin and destination — it is shown automatically before every post, to rule out problem shipments from the start.
Built-in messaging
All the communication needed to arrange a handoff happens in the app, without having to share your phone number or email with a stranger.
One-tap reporting
Suspicious behavior or a questionable listing? Report it directly from a conversation or a profile — our team reviews every report.

How does ColiGo work?
ColiGo connects people who want to send a package with travelers heading to the same destination who have free space in their luggage.
Does ColiGo handle the transport payment?
No. ColiGo shows the amount agreed between the sender and the traveler, but that payment happens directly between the users, outside the platform.
How does the package handoff work?
A unique code is generated when an offer is accepted: the traveler enters it when picking up the package. A second, separate code is entered at the final handoff to the recipient.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
A complete profile and a verified identity are required before posting a listing or contacting another user. It's a safety measure for the whole community, not an option.
What if an item is prohibited on my route?
Check the list of prohibited or regulated items shown automatically when you create your request — it is specific to the origin and destination you chose.
How does boosting (featuring) a listing work?
With credits, you can feature a request or a trip for 7 days: it rises to the top of search results. It's purely about visibility — it doesn't force anyone to accept it and guarantees no offer.
What are the free monthly limits, and how do credits unlock them?
Every traveler gets 3 free offers per month; every sender gets 4 free offer acceptances (meaning, contacts with 4 travelers) per month. Beyond that, each extra action costs 1 credit, unless you have an active subscription, which removes the limit entirely while it lasts.
